Project Management

The Project Lifecycle Management application supported a structured, agile approach to project management. This intranet based application was used by offices throughout the world whilst allowing centralised reporting and monitoring of live, up-to-the-moment status information. The overview diagram dispalyed the progress and status of projects at a glance. The application tracked Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies & Milestones, changing the colour of the project depending on the status of these, Green = good, Amber = warning, Red = problem!
